Bridge to Service & Swearing In
7:17 AMThe week before swearing in, called Bridge to Service, was like a sigh of relief after PST. We were back in the capital, where it all began for us, only this time we are now close friends, comfortable, relaxed, and, for the most part, full of excitement for what lay ahead.
Our swearing in ceremony was a bittersweet moment: starting our service but ending the constant companionship we provided each other during training.
What can I write that won't sound like a cheesy yearbook quote? It's been great to meet, get to know, and spend time with these people, these weird, wonderful people.
Now let's get to integrating!
